Welcome back! Our team was back at it again discussing some things we are trying to get finished before winter and the holiday season fully arrives:

1. Fertilizing Your Lawn

This is a great thing to do during fall because it reinforces the plants you have during the winter and prepares them to blossom in the spring. This is about restoring the nutrients within the soil on your property for a healthy plant eco- system.

2. Interior Painting

Re-painting your interior can be a year round project but wouldn’t you want a fresh coat before the holidays? A fresh coat of paint can completely transform your home from blah to fab!

3. New Moldings & Baseboards

While you're redoing the paint why not add baseboard or crown moldings? They add an extra dimension to any room and space. Ready to take it a step further? Look at this shiplap wall and think of ways you can fit this look in to your home.

4. Seal the Home

The Bay Area winter winds can be biting! Make your home more energy and cost efficient by having a professional come and seal cracks and window panes. This will definitely help your heating bill stay lower during the cold months.

5. Insulate The Attic

Another great way to make sure the heat your paying for stays within your home. This project is relatively cheap and can save you major dollars in the long run.

6. Roof Check & Cleaning

The worst time to be worrying about your roof is after a leak has already started. A quick inspection and restoration could help prevent hundreds and even thousands of dollars in damages during the rainy season.
